When you become a client, personal information used for real estate services is also handled under Coldwell Banker Executives Realty's privacy practices and the record-keeping rules that apply to BC real estate licensees.

What we collect

Information you send us: your name, email, phone number, property details and message when you complete a form, email, call, text or book a Zoom chat.
Information collected automatically: pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technology from Google, and in hosting and security logs kept by Cloudflare.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide the real estate services you ask for.
To send you listings or updates you asked for. You can stop these at any time.
To measure how the website and our advertising perform.
To show our ads to people who have visited this website, on Google sites and partner sites (remarketing).

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Formspree to deliver website forms to our inbox, Calendly and Zoom for booked calls, Google for advertising measurement and remarketing, and Cloudflare to host and protect this site. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country.

Cookies and your choices

Google uses cookies to measure visits and to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage or turn off personalized ads in Google My Ad Center, learn more at YourAdChoices Canada, or block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The website still works with cookies turned off.

How long we keep it
