Sean started his career in commercial real estate. When Canada opened the legal cannabis market, he moved to the licensing side, working as an independent site-evidence and licensing-readiness consultant for some of the country's leading cannabis licensing firms. Since 2014 he has worked on 276+ licence applications under the MMPR, ACMPR and Cannabis Act, with 223+ licences to produce awarded, and more than 23,400 hours of cannabis-specific work.

That work meant seeing facilities the way a regulator does: perimeter, storage rooms, security, records and build quality. It also meant seeing what separated the sites that were licensed quickly from the ones that stalled.

Sean was licensed as a REALTOR® in British Columbia in July 2022 and has earned Top Producer status with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty. He is licensed across the province and works wherever the right facility is.

He also brings a long technology background to how properties are marketed: video site tours, detailed digital facility packages and targeted outreach to the buyers who fit.
